Yes. VIPChat is free to download and use. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees for the core messaging features.

Open the app, tap Sign Up, and enter your phone number and a password. You'll be chatting in under a minute.

Go to your Profile screen inside the app and use the Change Password section.

Yes. Long-press any message to select it, then choose Delete. You can also delete or clear an entire conversation from the conversation list.

Open the conversation, tap the ⋮ menu in the top right, and choose Block Contact to stop them from messaging you (and you from messaging them), or Report Contact to flag it to our team. You can do both, or either one on its own.

Open the app, go to your Profile screen, and tap Delete My Account near the bottom. You'll confirm with your password, and your account, profile, and conversations are permanently deleted right away — no need to email us. (You're welcome to email ed@telotext.com too if you'd like help.)
